At Baruch Coffea Products and Services Ltd, we stand behind the quality of every machine and accessory we supply. Our warranty is designed to give you peace of mind, protect your investment, and ensure your coffee equipment performs at its best.

  1. Warranty Coverage

All new espresso machines, grinders, and accessories purchased from Baruch come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty periods vary by product:

  • Espresso Machines: 12–24 months (depending on model)
  • Grinders & Accessories: 6–12 months
  • Automatic Machines: 12 months

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring your equipment delivers reliable performance.

1.1 What’s Included

Free repair or replacement of defective parts under warranty.

Labor and technical support for warranty-covered issues.

On-site service for larger machines (within Kampala) or guided assistance for regional clients.

1.2 What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper installation not performed by Baruch-certified technicians.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., gaskets, seals, water filters, group head screens).
  • Issues caused by poor water quality, unstable power supply, or lack of regular maintenance.
  • Consumables such as cleaning products, coffee beans, or filters.
  • Theft, loss, or acts of nature (including floods, lightning, or natural disasters).
  1. Authorized Technicians

Warranty coverage becomes void if equipment is installed, serviced, or repaired by unauthorized technicians. Always rely on Baruch-certified service personnel to ensure your warranty remains valid.

  1. Territorial Coverage & East African Clients

  • While our warranty is fully valid in Uganda, Baruch Coffea Products and Services Ltd also serves clients across East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, and South Sudan).
  • For clients outside Uganda, the warranty remains valid; however, transport costs for delivering the equipment to our service centers will be covered by the client.
  • Our team will provide guidance and remote support to facilitate repairs or replacements, ensuring your machine receives proper care wherever you are.
