The CoffeePro Sample PRO 100 SPG1 is a precision single-drum sample roaster developed for evaluating small green-coffee samples before purchasing, grading, blending or commercial roasting.
Its 80–120g batch capacity allows coffee professionals to roast representative samples without using unnecessary quantities of valuable green coffee. The traditional drum system produces roasting conditions that can be transferred more accurately to larger commercial drum roasters.
Precise, Hands-On Sample Roasting
The open-drum construction allows the operator to monitor the coffee throughout the roast using sight, smell and sound. This makes it easier to identify colour development, aroma changes, first crack and other important stages of the roasting process.
Digital temperature control, a dedicated timer and adjustable heat and airflow give the operator practical control when developing or repeating roast profiles.
