Built on Mazzer’s trusted engineering, the Super Jolly G incorporates a Vibration Filtering Algorithm that stabilises dosing accuracy even under heavy workflow conditions, ensuring reliable performance across service hours. The enhanced three-segment grinding chamber and bespoke high-torque asynchronous motor boost efficiency and deliver a consistent flow of ground coffee with uniform particle size distribution.
To protect coffee integrity and maintain temperature stability, the grinder is fitted with a double-fan cooling system, reducing heat exposure and preserving flavour profiles. The Grind Flow Control (GFC) system minimises electrostatic charge and keeps coffee grounds flowing smoothly, reducing clumping and countertop mess.
